What are the shipping times and costs?
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch from our warehouse via express shipping with Australia Post. Dispatch times may vary depending on the warehouse location for some items. Orders less than $550 AUD will have a variable shipping cost based on the delivery location. Orders over $550 AUD will qualify for free shipping. Shipping times may vary in the case of special promotions.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Always use an address where someone will be present to receive the package. If you prefer to receive your order in the office or at the reception desk, specify the name of the contact person.

How can I check the shipping status?
In the order confirmation email there is a tracking number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier website.
If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier arrives?
The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact the courier to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).
If you do not contact the courier or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded.
Are there addresses that you cannot deliver to?
The courier cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.

Does the order include a gift box?
All of your orders will arrive in a sophisticated box customised with the Max Mara logo that is perfect even as gift packaging. Max Mara is delighted to offer this packaging free of charge to all customers without any need to select the option at checkout.
Inside the box, you will find your order protected by special tissue paper and a note thanking you for choosing us.
For the festive season or for brand initiatives, the box can be customised with different colours and designs for an even more exclusive experience.
